Taking out the Red button and putting 2 Black button

When I bought over my bike in 2005, I didnt do much to my bike, not even moving the little Red button the previous owner added for turning on/off the head light. 1 fine day, the red light button/switch became intermittent. When turned on, sometimes it will light up, sometimes it will not.

I decided to change the switch to somewhere where i can access easily, at the same time, thinking of adding a fan switch..... with all the JAMS and hot weather, u never know when u need to turn it on earlier than usual............

Previous owner put the Ugly RED lite switch on top of the Meter panel.

Decided to move the lite switch here, a nicer, smaller, black switch for the lite and now, the fan.

There is 2 places to tap the Fan to add a switch.
1: From the Fan Control Relay.
2: From the Radiator Thermal Sensor.

The Fan Control Relay is much easier to access and it is very close to the handle bar where i put the switch, but the problem is, the current is direct from the battery, so even when u turn off the ignition, u still can turn on the Fan with the fan switch.

Radiator Thermal Sensor, it is very easy to understand why the 2nd place is to tap from here. When sensor sense that the radiator is HOT, it turns on the fan, by taping from this circuit, turning on the switch is as good as telling the relay the sensor senses the radiator is hot.... so fan turns on... further more, it will only work when the ignition is turn on.....

Its obvious that taping from the 2nd circuit is the correct choice.....
