Bike was paid full cash so no more loan.
Buyer have to pay full cash, can get your own reloan (Hitachi capital). Will assist if the loan is too not enough.

Transfer Fee to be paid by buyer. approx $150(not sure)
Transfer of bike only when full payment is done.
Road tax approx $500/yr
My 2nd party Insurance with NTUC 20% NCD age 29 : $450+
