I want to get my Caliper's serviced, washed, and seals replaced and maybe hose changed to Stainless Steel Braided hose so that the braking system will be more effective. That is because the brake system is very important especially when riding fast, you need to brake in time if u spot danger ahead, if your brake system sucks, then you wont know if u can stop in time to prevent an accident, it could even be a fatal accident, you never know....

I enquire a few bike shops and the price are more or less the same.

Quize aka Andrew(Super4), also my wife's schoolmate suggested K & T, boss Clifford, claimed he is certified by Suzuki, he rides and service busa. One of the cheapest quotation, replaces all seals + O-rings and wash all calipers for the price of $244 plus another $30 to have steel braided installed, but sold separately. K & T is at ubi industrial, its near by my work place. Good choice in term of knowledge, price, and location.

RollingMao aka YiMing(Hayabusa), someone I knew from Mindef bike forum, he suggested BikeWrek, Joseph. Rollingmao claimed Bikewrek service a lot of busa, but the location is very far. Joseph quote the same servicing for $270 without installing steel braided hose. The choice is out because the location and price is off.

is near my house, secondly their servicing has a presence of quality. Price is I look at the option of a bike shop I knew, Kim Keat located at AMK Ave 5, Autopoint. Boss are 2 brothers, they may not have done a lot of big bikes, but they give quality servicing, i have personally experienced them servicing my previous Super 4. The brothers not only did what u ask for, they check for wear n tears and make sure general things like, chain, signal lights, brake pads, engine oil, etc etc are all in working conditions. For the same caliper's stuff, Kim Keat quote me $260 without installing steel braided hose(additional $50). This choice is 60-70% ok, firstly Autopoint is near my house, secondly, price is ok but their knowledge on servicing the Busa compare to the other 2 bike shop is way below.

I came to a point that servicing brake caliper is a common thing for every bike, there is no complicated system for my busa's calipers , no complicating Dual Braking System nor Auto Braking System. Therefore, any bike shop can do this task, but not every bike shop honor their workmanship and servicing. I have never been to K & T or BikeWrek, but i have been to Kim Keat and knew them for sometime. In the end, i went to Kim keat to have my calipers serviced.
