Brake lever angle not right and my thoughts...

From almost the whole episode of my brake servicing and re-servicing for the braking system. The braking lever angle has too much for free play and too little for braking effect.

Lever angle and bleeding the fluid (DOT 4):
In theory, if there is nothing wrong with the lever angle(at a fixed position), and u bleed the fluid off the braking system, you will more or less get back the same angle. If the angle is too much to the throttle(too little angle for braking effect), you feel like there isn't enough fluid to fully pump the piston to push the brake pads to grip onto the brake disc. In this case, assuming the fluid is full at the container/reservoir, then with the fault, it means there are air bubbles trap inside fluid system. Air can compress more than brake fluid. This is where u feel soft or not enough angle to brake. If air in fluid is not the case, then it might be a leak in the system which there isn't. So something else must be wrong, after i find out from the mechanic then I will put it up here...
